Role: Shane leads the Guinness Ventures Team.

Joined Guinness: 2010

Prior to Guinness: Prior to setting up the Guinness Ventures team, Shane was a director of Northland Capital Partners, where his focus was on advising growth companies.  From 2002 to 2006 Shane was based in Gibraltar with Trafalgar Financial Futures.  In 1996 he joined HSBC Investment Bank where he worked in the Telecoms & Technology Team.

Education: Shane graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master’s degree in English Literature, and is a CFA Charterholder.
