Guinness Global Investors acquires Foresight Capital Management
Guinness Global Investors has completed its acquisition of Foresight Capital Management, adding FCM’s listed real assets strategies and the WHEB sustainability and impact strategies to the Guinness range.
Guinness Global Investors has completed its acquisition of Foresight Capital Management (FCM), the public markets division of Foresight Group.
The deal incorporates FCM’s listed real assets strategies and the WHEB sustainability and impact strategies, bringing further scale to the Guinness range in these areas.
In real assets, the expanded team will benefit from deepened expertise and from dedicated strategies focused on real estate and infrastructure, building on the launch of the Guinness Global Real Assets Fund in 2025.
In sustainability and impact, the WHEB team brings a well-regarded approach to impact investing in public markets which complements the Guinness range of thematic equity strategies.
