Overview

Objective

The Guinness Multi-Asset Growth Fund seeks capital appreciation over the medium to long term, with returns generated through both capital growth and income with a bias towards developed and liquid capital markets.

Investment Approach

Building a successful advice business demands focus. When investment management competes for the same time and attention as client relationships, something has to give.

For clients with a medium to high risk profile seeking stronger long-term returns, delegating day-to-day portfolio oversight to a dedicated multi-asset manager frees up the space to concentrate on growing your business.

The Guinness Multi-Asset Growth Fund takes the day-to-day strain of managing your clients’ investments while being mindful of costs and seeking superior long-term returns, freeing up your time and resources to concentrate on building your business and client relationships.

Commentary

Multi-Asset Growth

July Commentary

This is a marketing communication. Please refer to the prospectus, supplement, KIDs and KIIDs for the Funds (available on this website), which contain detailed information on their characteristics and objectives and full information on the risks, before making any final investment decisions.

The July 2026 report reviews a strong second quarter for risk assets, supported by easing Middle East tensions and continued AI investment. Emerging markets gained 24%, Asia ex Japan 28% and the S&P 500 15%, while oil prices fell 38% following the US–Iran ceasefire agreement. At 30 June, both Multi-Asset Funds retained small tactical overweights to equities and cash, with underweights to bonds and alternatives; government and inflation-linked bonds were favoured over corporate credit. The Balanced Fund returned 19.1% over the 12 months to June, versus 17.1% for its IA sector average, while the Growth Fund returned 22.0%, versus 19.0% for its sector. The report remains cautious about elevated equity valuations, AI investment assumptions and inflation risks.
