Jim Atkinson

Jim has spent more than 25 years in finance and management. Before joining Guinness in 2003 as a director, he served as managing director of the US subsidiary of Guinness Flight Global Asset Management Ltd from 1993 to 2000, until the company was acquired by Investec in 1998. Previously, he was a Senior Vice-President of Huntington Advisers, a mutual fund manager specialising in foreign currency money funds. Prior to this, Jim served as the President of Max Funds and as the Principal at a mutual fund marketing research and consultancy firm.

Jim graduated from the University of California with a degree in History.
