Edward Guinness

Edward joined Guinness in 2006 as a Portfolio Manager, for both long-only strategies and Guinness Ventures, and was appointed CEO in 2019. Previously, he worked as a merger arbitrage analyst at the Tiedemann Investment Group in New York from 2002. He began his career at HSBC Investment Bank in 1998, where he worked in the Corporate Finance Department in both the Energy and Utilities Team and the Telecoms and Technology Team.

Edward graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management Studies.
