Alicja is the Office Manager and Team Assistant to the HR, Finance, Compliance and Operations teams. Her role focuses on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provides practical support across the wider team.

Background

Prior to joining Guinness in 2024, Alicja worked for a recruitment agency, where she gained experience across sales support, events organisation and recruitment, specialising in recruiting for HR and office support roles.

She holds a BA in Tourism in Business from the University of Economics in Kraków, Poland.
