Portfolio Analyst

Responsibilities

John is a portfolio analyst, primarily responsible for portfolio-level analysis and performance attribution across all funds. He works closely with the head of risk to evaluate the portfolio from both performance and risk perspectives, providing quantitative insights that support the portfolio management process.

Background

Prior to joining Guinness in 2025, John was an intern at New York-based Abbey Capital Ltd. Before that, he was an investment analyst in Fordel, based in Dublin.

John graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, with a degree in Business and Economics.
