Responsibilities

Francesca is Responsible Investment Lead for the Investment team, where she coordinates responsible investment research across the company.

Background

Prior to joining Guinness Global Investors in 2021, Francesca completed an internship at Fundsmith LLP in the investment management department.

She is also Chair of the UKSIF Industry Development Committee and sits on the CFA UK Sustainability Community Champions Group.

She holds the CFA UK Diploma in Investment Management (ESG) and is a CFA Charterholder, having graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020 with a first-class degree in Business and Management with a specialisation in Entrepreneurship.
