Charlie is the Global Head of Sales, with primary responsibility for the company’s distribution strategy. He also manages client relationships across the UK, Switzerland and Asia.
Background
Charlie joined Guinness in 2012 and was appointed Global Head of Sales in 2025. He holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA charterholder, having graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in French.
