Charlie Crole

Before joining Guinness in 2019, Charlie was a director of Jupiter Asset Management since 2005, where he was Institutional Director and Head of the Global Professional Client Services team.

He began his career in 1985 at Schroders, where he held roles as an analyst, fund manager and business leader. He was also a director of Schroder Investment Management with a wide range of business and client responsibilities.

Charlie’s wider experience has included a number of pro-bono trustee and industry body roles, as well as being a Non-Executive Director of two investment trusts.

Charlie graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in History.
