Aneta is an operations manager responsible for investment operations, fund administration and project delivery.

Background

She joined Guinness in 2025 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in multi-asset buy-side investment operations. Previously, she was head of operations at start-up Claymore Capital Ltd for two years until 2024 and before that held roles at Eleva Capital SAS and Rubicon Fund Management LLP, where she began her career in 2006.

Aneta graduated from the Krakow University of Economics with a master’s degree in Economics.
